I am the creator of Maternidad y Paternidad Consciente (MPC) method: educar con amor y respeto incondicional®, as well as the breastfeeding campaign Darle pecho es tu derecho®.
I direct and produce sofíadíaz.tv, where I offer free content and online courses on MPC®, which have transformed the relationship of thousands of moms and dads with their children. I collaborate in different tv, radio and electronic media programs, as well as newspapers and magazines of national circulation.
